How to make a reservation
- Reservations are accepted via telephone or email.
- Before making a reservation, please review our hotel policies and daily schedule.
- You may also find the Questions and Answers page useful.
Room Reservations
- We usually do not require advance payment or deposits for one (1) to three (3) Standard, Deluxe or Superior room reservations. We do not require your credit card.
- Reserving a triple (3pax) rooms or a Suite (may) require a deposit.
- Reserving over 3 rooms (may) require down payment.
- Sinulog reservations usually require advance payment.
- No-deposit room reservations are only held until 4 pm. Please let us know if your check-in time is later than 4pm.
Function or Venue Reservations
- Reserving a Function Room or the Grand Ballroom requires a down payment.
- Down payment is 5000 pesos for venue reservations. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and that the date reserved is fixed.

i have made a reservation with your hotel for the 16th-18th of sept. my flight arrives at 1950 will the front desk be able to asist me? i also have baggage that i will need to have brought up to my room or do you have a secure place to store them? also can i have my fiance check in ahead of me or does she have to wait for my arrival?
19:50 = 7:50pm – you will probably arrive at the hotel before 9pm. Our front desk (including bell boy) is on duty 24/7.
Whoever checks in first pays for the room and the incidental expenses deposit.

Extra bed is 590 pesos per person per night (w/ breakfast for 1).
There is no extra bed rate w/o breakfast.
Please be advised that the extra bed is a folding type with a thin mattress.

If you check-in at 11:30am on January 18 and check-out at 1pm on January 20, it counts as 2 day-nights.

Please be advised that aside from the daily room cost, you should also bring an additional 500 pesos (in cash, per room) for the incidental expenses deposit. It is requested at check-in and refunded at check-out (minus extra expenses, if any).

For 3pax room, the only one we have left is the Presidential Suite.
I would like to ask if for instance we want to have breakfast can we avail it??
If you want breakfast, it’s cheaper to get the w/ breakfast daily rates instead of addon breakfast.
Addon breakfast is 200 pesos per person per meal.
For example: Standard no breakfast rate is 999. If you addon breakfast for 2, it would be 1399 pesos.
The Standard w/ breakfast rate is 1300 pesos. 99 pesos less.
