How to make a reservation
- Reservations are accepted via telephone or email.
- Before making a reservation, please review our hotel policies and daily schedule.

Room Reservations
- We usually do not require advance payment or deposits for one (1) to three (3) Standard, Deluxe or Superior room reservations.
- Reserving a Family Room or a Suite may require a deposit.
- Reserving over 3 rooms may require down payment.
- Sinulog reservations usually require advance payment.
- No-deposit room reservations are only held until 4 pm. Please let us know if your check-in time is later than 4pm.
Function or Venue Reservations
- Reserving a Function Room or the Grand Ballroom requires a down payment.
- Down payment is 5000 pesos for venue reservations. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and that the date reserved is fixed.
