Do you have long-stay room rates?

Monthly rates are available upon inquiry.
Do you have airport pick-up service?

Crowne Garden Hotel does not have airport pick-up service. Please visit Mactan-Cebu Airport Car Services.
Do you have connecting rooms?

Crowne Garden Hotel does not have connecting rooms. For multiple room reservations, the rooms are usually on the same floor and near to each other. Usually, they are next to each other or across to each other.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Public areas are no-smoking zones but hotel rooms are not separated into no-smoking and smoking rooms. However, please do not worry - CGH rooms are not carpeted.

Even if a room has been smoked in recently - it does not smell smokey after housekeeping has cleaned it.
Is Wi-Fi or Internet Access free?

Wi-Fi cards are available for purchase in the lobby area. If you plan to log-in to the internet a lot, please consider purchasing a personal portable wireless internet system from either Globe or Smart. Is Early Check-in available? Is it an extra charge?

Early Check-in is available as long as there is an unoccupied room (which is already cleaned). If all rooms are occupied, you will have to wait for a room to be vacated and cleaned first. Most guests usually check out around noontime.

Early Check-in is free as long as you check-in after 4am (hotel computer time). If you check-in before 4am (hct), the hotel computer will automatically tack an extra night charge on your account so please check-in after 4:01am (hotel computer time).
Is Late Check-out available? Is it an extra charge?

Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).
Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.
