Bed Sheets and Linens
- Bed sheets and linens are always replaced at the end of every stay. The usual length of stay is 1-2 nights thus bed sheets and linens are usually replaced every 1-2 days or every other day.
- If a linen is stained, we ask that guests please inform us so that we can replace it. Thank you.
Check-In
- Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm. You can check-in earlier than 2 pm. Just please inform us ahead of time that you want early check-in. Please be advised that checking in before 4:30 am has an extra night charge.
- Room inspections or visits are allowed before actual check-in. We especially recommend this if you want to be certain your room has a good signal for your mobile phone or if you have a personal portable Wi-Fi system from our local telecom companies.
- No Deposit Reservations (NDRs) are usually only held until 4 pm. If your check-in time is after 4 pm, please inform us.
Check-Out
- Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).
Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.
- Please be advised that our staff has to check your room to make certain everything is in order before your check-out is finalized. This usually takes only a few minutes but may be a bit longer, especially if many guests are checking out at the same time.
Credit Cards Accepted
- Amex, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, JCB
Every time Guest pays with Card, Guest have to Sign Charge Slips (in Triplicate)
- Because of the high incidence of card fraud in the Philippines, it is simply not a good idea to accept card payments if the card holder is not available to sign the charge slips.
Incidental Deposit
- At check-in, you may be asked to add 500 pesos for extras such as telephone calls, room service, laundry and ironing services, gift shop purchases, etc. This 500 pesos (minus extras, if any) is refunded at check-out.
Payment Policy
- Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘. Please be advised that guests have to pay for their stay upon check-in (not at check-out). We understand that there are hotels who have the pay at check-out policy. As much as we would like to do the same, we cannot do so unless it is under special circumstances. Very few hotels in the Philippines will stay in business with a general pay at check-out policy.
