- Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘.
- Credit cards accepted - Amex, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, JCB
Incidental Expenses Deposit
- Please bring additional 500 pesos (per room) for the IE deposit.
- Requested at check-in and refunded (minus extra expenses, if any) at check-out.
Check-In
- Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm.
- 4:30 am to (before) 2 pm early check-in has no extra early check-in charge.
- Early check-in availability has a good chance but please still give us an approximate hour.
- 12 midnight to 4:29 am early check-in has an extra night charge.
Check-Out
- Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).
Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.
- Please be advised that our staff has to check your room to make certain everything is in order before your check-out is finalized. This usually takes only a few minutes but may be longer if many guests are checking out at the same time.
