is this the prevailing room rate as of today, for deluxe room?
Yes, it is. Our current listed rates are good for the next 6 months. Right now, until April 2013. The only exception is during Sinulog (third week of January). During Sinulog, no breakfast rates may not be available.

8-9am early check-in (no extra charge) usually has a (very) good chance at our hotel, but there’s a convention or seminar during that time so early check-in chance is lower than usual.
Please do try requesting for early check-in, but please also make allowance for a later check-in time in case the hotel was (very) busy the night before.
